SCOTCH DREAM, DREAMFINDERS FIRST COLT BORN IN EUROPE APPALOOSA STALLION OF HIGH GENEALOGY

Dreamy's story began in 1996, as Chuck Mc Whiter of the Spring Valley Ranch in Newton, New Jersey found the mare named Scotch Time and assigned her to "Pinta's Appaloosa's" stud farm in the Dolomites, Italy.

The mare of unbelievable beauty with much eye-appeal, as they say in the states, plurichampion Grand Champion 58 points in halter and rom in halter, was coupled with the mythical stallion Dreamfinder of the Classic Acres Ranch in Florida. Pregnant and in excellent form, she was brought to "Pinta's Appaloosa's" stud farm in Italy, in autumn '96. She participated in the european championship in Paris, where she won the championship of her class and with equal number of points with an other mare, the Grand Championship. She was therefore awarded with the title of "Reserve European Grand Champion".
Back at "Pinta's Appaloosa's" she was entrusted to the care of the groom Hans Bauer, who nourished her with the finest herbs of the Dolomites.
On March  14th, 1997 the colt Scotch Dream was born, a bay with cover and two white socks on the back fetlocks. It was Dreamfinder's first colt in Europe.
 Everybody who sees him is bewitched by his large and well-placed chest, by his muscular and inclined rump, his triangular head with precious jaws.
His forehead is broad, his eyes awake and swift, his nostrils fine and wide open, his ears small. 
Together with other colts now he has become a "vigorous, proud and fearless stallion", as Chuck used to say and he can follow the steps of his famous father Dreamfinder and do honour to his mother Scotch Time.
Scotch Dream is registered at the breeder's trust and is of highest level in the world's genealogy in the Appaloosa branch.
